1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to ZenSer Holistic Center (hereinafter “ZenSer,” “we,” or “the Center”). By accessing and using our website zenser.org, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part thereof, you should not use our website.

 

2. DEFINITIONS

• “User”: any person who accesses, browses, or uses zenser.org
• “Services”: refers to the holistic therapies offered by ZenSer
• “Website”: refers to zenser.org and all its contents
• “Appointment”: reservation of time for a holistic therapy session

 

3. WEBSITE USE

3.1. Access to most areas of this website is free and does not require prior registration.

3.2. This website is intended for individuals over 18 years of age. If you are a minor, you must have your parents’ or legal guardians’ consent.

3.3. You agree to use the website lawfully and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 

4. SERVICES AND APPOINTMENTS

4.1. Scheduling appointments through the website constitutes a reservation request, not an immediate confirmation.

4.2. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by ZenSer.

4.3. ZenSer reserves the right to reject any appointment request without justification.

4.4. Service prices will be informed during the appointment confirmation process.

 

5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

5.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

5.2. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be subject to an administrative fee of 50% of the therapy value.

5.3. Appointment rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

 

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1. Since no payments are made through the website, the refund policy applies only to services contracted directly at the Center.

6.2. In case of dissatisfaction with the service:
• Must be communicated within 24 hours after the session
• Each case will be evaluated individually
• Solutions may include: session rescheduling, therapist change, or partial/full refund

6.3. No refunds will be made in the following cases:
• No-show without prior notice
• Late arrival resulting in reduced session time
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. All website content, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

7.2. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of content without express authorization from ZenSer is prohibited.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
